D-ring bits give better direction and is a great alternative to full cheek bits. 

The action is direct and the bit has no lever action. 

The cannons are standard and the French mouth prevents from any pressure on the palate. 

The cheek pieces can be fixed in the pass of each ring for more fixity in the horse's mouth.

This bit perfectly suits young horses.
